Bentong Ginger
A unique spice grown in the mountain regions of Bentong, Malaysia. It is known as the King of Ginger because of its size and nutritional properties. Bentong ginger is rich in gingerols, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Red Brown Rice
A wholegrain rice with the nutritious bran layer and embryo intact. It is a good source of antioxidants, B vitamins, dietary fibre, iron and calcium.

Goji Berry (WolfberrY)
Also known as wolfberries, this superfruit is a nutritional powerhouse. It contains vitamin A, B2, C, iron, selenium and other antioxidants such as carotenoids, lycopene and lutein.


Foxnuts
(Qian Shi)

Add 350ml of hot water to 1 sachet of brown rice tea. Stir and let it steep for about 5 minutes before drinking.
In a thermal flask
Place 2 or more sachets in a thermal flask and pour hot water into the thermal flask. Let the tea bag steep for about 5-10 minutes before drinking. Keeping the tea in a thermal flask is best for whole day drinking.
Mixed Into Food
Brown rice tea can be mixed with any food for example plain rice, porridge or soup. For rice, the sachet can be torn open and the contents added to be cooked together with rice. It not only enhances the taste of the food but also the food’s nutritional value.
